How does the subscription plan work?

We have three Billing Plans We designed Sports Aptitude’s SPM to fit organizations of all sizes and shapes.

Annual Billing. (The Best Price). We charge your credit card or invoice you for a year for a committed number of athletes. You can increase this athlete number at any time and charges will adjust with the next monthly bill. Your account will automatically renew at the end of the year unless you change your subscription. If you cancel service or downgrade to a lower level of service or fewer athletes during your commitment year, you will be charged a penalty equal to 3 months of service.

Monthly Billing.(The Shortest Commitment). We charge your credit card each month for a specified number of athletes. You can change this number at any time and your billing will adjust with your next monthly bill. You can cancel service or downgrade to a lower level of service without penalty. Your account will automatically renew each month unless you change your subscription.

I have more than 500 athletes a year. How do I get a price ?

If your organization has more than 500 athletes per year the prices just keep getting better!

How do I upgrade ?

You can upgrade anytime by visiting this page or by clicking the "Upgrade" button within the CP application. If you forget and try to add more hosts than you pay for, we’ll let you know. We’ll take you to the easy upgrade page, where you can confirm what you need.

What if I upgrade (or downgrade) in the middle of the month ?

Your new service begins immediately. Pay the new monthly rate the next time you’re scheduled to be billed. You continue to pay on the same day each month as before.

What if I want to cancel my service ?

No problem. If you decide Sports Aptitude isn’t for you, simply cancel before your next billing period. You won’t be charged for the next month of service. If you are on an Annual Plan, a cancellation fee may be charged. You will be provided with a download link to export your Report Library for archival purposes. If you decide to come back to Sports Aptitude, we can re-import the data for a one time fee.
